Arrived 15 minutes as requested for possible paperwork. Appointment was at 8am at which time I was escorted to a waiting room. The nurse went over my paperwork and said the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Ellner arrived within 5 minutes and after listening to my pain suggested a few treatments but wanted to ensure what area to treat and ordered some further testing. Dr. Ellner recommended some medication in the meantime to help with the pain. After test are completed, an appointment had already been made for my next visit. Great bedside manner, professional and explained everything that we would be testing. I would highly recommend Dr. Ellner and his staff.

Dr. Ellner is a Great Pain Specialist; with a fantastic support staff. I was having painful sciatica episodes along with chronic lower back pain, that at times it was almost debilitating. He listened and explained some procedures and then we moved forward with them. Awesome…. Awesome…. It has truly been easier for me to do the things I need to do on a day to day basis since my procedure. I came to this practice hurting and having difficulty walking. Dr. Elner was interested in my situation and came up with a conservative plan to deal with my symptoms. I have had to move to several different treatments in managing my pain. It’s amazing but the pain I started with is being controlled and the new pain I developed is also gone. I think everyone does an amazing job

Its been yrs now that Ive been seeing Dr Ellener and his very nice staff… We couldn’t be more grateful to have found such an amazing Dr. He truly wants to see you in less pain… He has many different procedures to offer you right there in his office and surgery clinic… He never gives up trying different techniques to see what can help you most. Being that he doesn’t give up, it motivates one to have real hope. Living in chronic pain can sometimes make one feel helpless against the pain. Dr Ellener will never let you give up bc hes always trying to reduce your pain. Not just pain medication but medical procedures he performs right there. Hes on top of any new medical procedures and can offer you alternatives like the Spinal Stimulator etc… Some procedures work for some ppl and not for others. Thats what I mean when I say he doesn’t give up. His bedside manners are great! He explains everything to you in detail. Heres a big one… He actually listens to his patients. Something a lot of Drs do not do anymore. I can honestly say hes an amazing doctor!

Dr. Ellner and his nurse Deb are awesome!!! I ended up with nerve damage and CRPS after a rotator cuff surgery went bad, I have never been in so much Pain. I spent almost 6 months in the worst pain Iv ever been in and went to multiple doctors and hospital without any of them diagnosing my CRPS until I finally went to Doctor Ellner who immediately diagnosed my CRPS and started injections and Pain Management. I have been a patient now for almost 2 years. I would highly recommend Dr. Ellner and his staff!! He has my pain manageable now and I don’t know we’re I would be without him!!!!

Minute I walk through the door everyone was very friendly and the sign-in process went quickly. Very Nice Ladies on Front Desks, Kim & Kyla. I was taken to my Patient Room by Dana, who was very Professional & very nice! She asked the Usual questions and put info on Computer & then Dr. Ellner came in. Everyone on Staff that I Came in contact with were very Warm & Caring. And at the completion of my Visit I saw Kyla & recv’d my Prescriptions & Kyla made a Couple of Appointments for me - I would like to say, Kyla has not been w/Ga Pain Mgmt very long, BUT She is a Blessing to be on that Desk, when I call in from the outside to make an appt., etc., or have a question, Or at anytime, Kyla is the “Best” on that Desk that we have had in a Very long time. She is always so Gracious and tells you whom you are talking to and tries very hard to represent GA Pain in the best Possible Way. Kudos to Kyla. Kim is also very bright & bubbly & caring. Myra Sharpe (I saw Debra also as I was leaving and Debra is a Great Leader for the Office and very very Helpful & Caring! Dr. Ellner has a Great Staff and He is my Favorite Dr., As He too is always so Pleasant, Caring and Thoughtful and going the Extra Mile for all Patients & Visitors, and always for His Staff!

The doctor is knowledgable and responsible . The my last visit was 7 years before this recent visit . Many of the same staff was still there. As an employer myself this speaks highly of the pratice and managment. Nurse Deb is awesome.She is a no BS professional . I like that in a person. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive to my comments/questions/needs. Kim can be counted on as a constant friendly face and efficient front representative of the whole office. Dr. Ellner has always taken the time to listen and support. His advice and recommendations have always made sense to me and have been the key to my current condition of being relatively pain-free, to the degree that it has been possible. When procedures have been necessary, I have always felt like I was in good hands.

Dr. Ellner really listened to what I had to say. There was no rush to randomly make a diagnosis. Instead he is sending me for the necessary imaging to make a long term plan to help me. First time in a long time someone has actually fully listened to the reason for the pain and the continued deterioration before just scheduling foe my epidural.

Dr. Ellner is always concerned about how you are doing. And if there is anything he can do for you to make your life better.

Dr Elner is knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. He has excellent nurses and employees. He listens well and diagnoses your pain symptoms and recommends a remedy. Dr Elner has managed my chronic pain since 2006 and has kept my pain at a manageable level ever since.

The experience was fine. Dana explained everything and was patient with me. The only drawback was the sciatic pain from the position I had to stay in for certain amounts of time.

The person who gave me the VSAT test was talking over the recording so I couldn’t hear the recording. She must have thought I was deaf even though I had told her I could hear the recording.

Dr Ellner, as always, was great. He is very easy to talk to and work with. He takes the time to explain all the treatment possibilities and solicits ur opinion. I highly recommend him. Plus his office people r pleasant and supportive!

First they got me in quickly, I was able to check in on-line, when I arrived everyone was helpful from the receptionist help, the nurse that took me in and got me started, the second nurse, and finally the doctor all commented to my questions, listened, and advised me of my concerns.
